Woodstock

This 100-year-old cottage in Woodstock has been extensively transformed, retaining the character of the original home while significantly expanding and upgrading the property.

The roof was removed to allow for major structural works, including the installation of structural steel and the expansion of the home to 230sqm of internal living space. Beneath the surface, substantial works were required to stabilise the existing block, including 50 Uni-Piers, new footings and extensive concrete works.

The result is a carefully considered renovation that combines the character of a century-old cottage with the structure, space and functionality required for modern living.
