Dover Street is a thoughtful renovation and extension delivered by Crawcon in close collaboration with Sara Pearson, where the original red brick was carefully retained and reused to preserve the home’s character while integrating the new works seamlessly. The project prioritised improved natural light and a cohesive relationship between the existing structure and the additions, ensuring the design sits comfortably within its streetscape.

The result is a refined, context-sensitive outcome that balances heritage character with contemporary living, achieved through close coordination between builder and architect from early detailing through to delivery on site. Photography by Guy Wilkinson.
